A stingy little pane (flat bladed cane) which is perfect for over the knee discipline with its short length and light weight. It can be swung easily and in quick succession using your wrist, although there's no reason you can't put your whole arm into it if you wish. The sensation is a surface sting without the really sharp concentrated impact of a cane or the weighty follow through and deeper impact of a heavier paddle. At only 425mm long it makes a great travel toy too.

The handle hole and dots on the handle are made from brass. The handle itself is made from Australian rosewood, also known as rose mahogany. This timber is normally found in sub tropical rainforest environments in NSW from just north of Sydney to southern Queensland. Trees can grow to 40m with a diameter of over a metre.
