This cleaver style paddle has a nice wide blade for making a big impact.

The blade is rounded on the front and bottom edges. The point below the handle is perfect for some subtle sensation play with a little poke here and there. 

The paddle has been cut from a single solid piece of Mackay cedar and shows the red heartwood from the centre of the tree and the beige sapwood from the outer portion. The intertwined part is nature's way of showing off!

Mackay cedar, also known as acacia cedar or red siris, is normally found growing in coastal rainforests around Mackay in Northern Queensland. The red and beige colours are typical of the species but the degree of  intermingling of the two colours in the timber varies considerably between individual trees.
