An grey ironbark rope paddle that's all about the thud.

The paddle features a rope face and plain wooden face for two contrasting spanking sensations. It is fitted with traditional shibari jute rope. The rope is easily removable by loosening two metal set screws in the blade with the supplied allen key.

This is a very heavy paddle and thus very thuddy. The rope face will feel quite a bit duller and less slappy, and is noticeably quieter on impact too.

You can personalise the paddle by fitting your own rope if you wish. Most types of natural and synthetic rope will work, so long as you can comfortably fit the rope through a 8mm hole with something attached to the end to stop it fraying. (I favour electrical tape as it sticks to the rope well and is nice and thin.) Electrical heat shrink tubing or whipping with thread can also work. 

The paddle has brass handle holes and details, and has a silky smooth Danish oil finish.

This unique style of rope paddle was developed by Miss Emm in late 2021 in response to a commission request for a paddle with one side of the blade covered in rope and the other side resembling a traditional wooden paddle. That original paddle is still regularly used by its owner with its original length of rope so the rope can be expected to last many years.
